Technical Regional Account Manager - chemical hygiene solutions for Food & Beverage Industrial Plants (Northern - east part of Poland: mazowieckie, warmińsko-mazurskie, podlaskie)
Region: Northern Mazowieckie (north of Warsaw), Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podlaskie ????

Warsaw or cities north of Warsaw (for example Łomża, Ostrów Mazowiecka, Olsztyn, Suwałki or surrounding areas) About the Role We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy solutions for the food & beverage industry. This is a
field-based role focused on building strong partnerships with production facilities and delivering technical expertise that drives operational excellence and food safety. You will manage a dynamic region with clients in dairy, beverage, meat, protein, and broader food processing sectors, with a strong emphasis on dairy and meat industries. What You’ll Do

• Account Management:
  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Business Development:
  Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
• Technical Consulting:
  Provide expert advice on hygiene, cleaning, and process optimization for food production plants.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:
  University degree in a technical field (mandatory) - preferred majors: Food Science / Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Meat Industry Technology
• Experience:Minimum 2-3 years working with/in food & beverage production facilities.
• Ideally in sales/account management, but candidates from technical roles with strong commercial drive are very welcome.
• Skills & Competencies:
  Communicative English
• Strong interpersonal skills and growth mindset
• Driving license (Category B)
• Availability for travel within the region
