Requirements
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level
• At least 1 year of experience teaching English
• Passion for teaching, creativity, and the ability to prepare engaging lessons
• Ability to adapt materials to the student’s level, age, and learning goals
• A professional approach to work — punctuality and solid lesson preparation are essential
• A positive attitude and good energy in the classroom
• Availability to teach online, in person at our school in central Poznań, and/or at the student’s location (Poznań)
Responsibilities
At I LIKE ENGLISH, we focus primarily on individual lessons, which allows you to fully support students and see real progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching mainly 1:1 classes, with occasional small groups (2–4 students) or corporate courses
• Preparing lessons tailored to the student’s age, level, and goals
• Teaching General English, Business English, conversation classes, or exam preparation
(depending on your specialisation and the areas you feel most confident in)
• Delivering classes on a fixed schedule or in a flexible format — online, in our classroom in central Poznań, or at the student’s location
• Working with students assigned according to your specialisation, so you teach in areas you feel confident in
