On behalf of our Client, we are seeking a Business Product Owner (A365/Salesforce) to join a newly formed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination, optimization, and continuous improvement of customer-facing digital platforms within the Customer Service function.
You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of critical systems such as Anywhere365 (A365) , Freshdesk , and Salesforce . Your goal is to drive innovation and ensure these platforms align with the digital transformation strategy while enhancing the overall customer experience .

Your tasks
- strategic leadership: lead the vision for customer interaction platforms across Europe, ensuring alignment with the company's customer-centric strategy.
- product ownership: manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing systems, from roadmap definition to implementation and continuous improvement.
- agile delivery: lead projects using Scrum methodologies to ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- vendor & budget management: negotiate with vendors to maximize value and manage budgets, forecasting costs and evaluating ROI for platform initiatives.
- adoption & analytics: promote user adoption through training strategies and leverage data analytics to optimize platform functionality and user experience.
What we expect
- experience: proven experience in multinational environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
- agile knowledge: solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, with experience participating in or leading agile projects;
- technical familiarity: CRM solutions, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft-driven tools;
- strategic mindset: ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes and long-term vision;
- communication: strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decisions in a multicultural environment;
- languages: fluent in English (required) ; additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Polish) are a plus.
