Your Role and Responsibilities:

Actively develop the US market by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding the customer base;

Drive business growth through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building with new contacts;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;

Build strong knowledge of the company’s offerings, technology, and products to effectively communicate value to US clients;

Educate prospects and customers on terminology, features, and benefits of products and services to drive engagement and conversion;

Participate in business trips to support sales activities, meetings, and business development initiatives.
Skills:
-
Fluent English (full working proficiency, both written and spoken);

Strong focus on business development and new customer acquisition, particularly in international markets;

Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;

Background or experience in Sales and/or Customer Service;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
-
Ability to work independently while embracing a team-oriented culture;

Comfortable working in a matrix organization;

Willingness to travel
