Trade Marketing Specialist
Based in: Koszalin, Poland.
Reports to: Trade Marketing Manager
Candidate profile:
· Energetic and independent person, willing to take initiative and drive projects proactively
· 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand Activation or related fields (preferably FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail)
· Strong sense of design and attention to detail when it comes to packaging, colour and POS presentation
· Organizational talent with hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
· Fluent in English; communicative German is a plus, any additional languages welcome
· Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent confirmed training
· Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
Main responsibilities:
· Develop effective new product packaging for newly introduced products and work on the packaging optimization for all existing products
· Point-of-sales: Create briefings for POS materials upon request of the Trade Marketing and Product Management and implement them in cooperation with sales. Cooperate closely with Sales aiming to increase the number of Rotho’s shop-in-shop listings
· Promotional Planning: Coordinate the development of the seasonal promotional catalogue, including promotional colours and product displays, in close collaboration with the Design Team
· Trade Shows & Events: Organise and support local trade marketing events and customer shows across Europe
· Market & Trend Observation: Analyse competitor activities and contribute to creative concepts that strengthen our brand visibility at the point of sale
· Product Administration: Handle administrative product data tasks in Product Information Management system and SAP (creation and enrichment of product information)
· Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers and international sales agents to ensure smooth coordination of trade marketing activities
· Internal Collaboration: Act as an important interface between Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Production and Design to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
