Are you experienced in the HR industry with the desire to develop in an independent role ?We are looking for a versatile professional with generalist experience in Human Resources and solid knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) to lead the HR function in a growing company. This person will be responsible for managing all HR-related processes independently. Workplace location: Kutno.

Your tasks
- HR management: recruitment, hiring, training, development, and workplace climate.
- Coordination with external advisors: labor, H&S
- Oversight of personnel administration: contracts, payroll, social security
- Implementation of H&S policies and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Support to management on labor and organizational matters.
- Document management and regulatory compliance.
What we expect
- Degree in Labor Relations , Psychology , Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Knowledge of labor legislation and H&S
- Good level of English , both spoken and written
- Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable person
- CV in English
