Responsibilities:

• Customer service (via email and phone) to coordinate the order-to-delivery process
• Complaint handling (managing returns and discounts)
• Collaboration with the invoicing, cash, and sales teams
• Report creation

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Estonian, Polish preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service, order management, or a related field is a plus
