• Collaborate as part of the team to achieve the organization’s strategic and commercial goals
• Within the HR team, contribute to continuously enhancing HR’s impact on the business
• Promote and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Translate business priorities into a comprehensive People Plan that informs the People Review process
• Lead initiatives for organisational, leadership, and team development
• Support managers in maximising individual and team performance
• Manage processes related to critical competencies to ensure future capability
• Drive change and improvement through HR and business projects, acting as a change agent
• Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decisions
• Develop HR plans based on business partner requirements

• Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations

• 5-7 years of experience in the HR area - similar range of duties or position
• Knowledge of Polish Payroll / ZUS / other calculations
• Understanding of the labor law
• English - B2/C1
• Microsoft Excel
• Capability to drive change

• Chinese / Mandarin - communicative
• SAP or other ERP system
• Experience in working in an American or Asian company
• Polish language skills

• Office located in Bieruń - 27km from the city centre of Katowice
• Possibility of hybrid mode
