For our client, a manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join the team as a Controlling Manager. The production facility is located near Leszno.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual review of the operational strategic plan.
• Manage the Annual Operating Budget process and timeline.
• Oversee monthly operational forecast reviews.
• Support month-end closing routines for manufacturing and Logistics.
• Review monthly financial results and recommend actions.
• Ensure financial efficiency of capital projects.
• Control factory costs and establish yearly standard costs in the system.
• Drive cost efficiency in manufacturing and logistics with factory leadership.
• Build financial acumen within operational teams.
• Provide cost visibility to Commercial Teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

Skills and experience:
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

• Proven experience in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Finance Supply Chain management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and profitability analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Proactive leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
