About the Role
We are looking for an Accountant to independently manage full accounting and reporting for three related companies, including one construction related entity. The role also includes basic administrative and contract support for management.

Key Responsibilities
• Full accounting (pełna księgowość) for three companies
• Recording and control of incoming & outgoing invoices
• VAT, CIT, PIT, ZUS, JPK reporting and settlements
• Cost calculation, expense control, and basic financial reporting
• Intercompany settlements
• Cooperation with tax offices, ZUS, auditors, and advisors
• Preparation, review, and management of contracts and documentation
• Administrative and financial support for management

Requirements
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics (or related)
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in Poland
• Good knowledge of Polish tax regulations
• Fluent Polish and English
• Good Excel skills

• Experience with multiple companies or project-based accounting
• Knowledge of accounting systems (Optima, Symfonia, Enova, SAP)
• Administrative or contract-related experience
