Position: Operations & Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to customers regarding shipments, schedules, and service updates
Handle inquiries via email, phone, and internal platforms
Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless cargo movement
Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates
Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience in similar roles in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding in Poland is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Polish
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with logistics systems is beneficial
Team player with strong organizational skills
