Opis:

What you’ll do:

Support month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial data consolidation.

Create insights – prepare management reports, analyze variances vs. budget, prior year, forecasts, monitor KPIs, and deliver presentations for senior leadership.

Maintain and enhance the Group's reporting and consolidation tool (LucaNet) and the finanancial model, ensuring data integritry and usability.

Support financial planning and contribute to key financial processes including forecasting and budgeting.

Solve problems – conduct ad-hoc analyses on costs, profitability, and performance metrics to support key decisions.

Improve processes – identify opportunities for automation and optimization within financial reporting.

Collaborate globally – work closely with Controlling, Accounting, and finance teams across different regions.
What we’re looking for:

Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Fluent English, both written and verbal

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have:

Initial experience or internship in a finance or FP&A role is a plus

Familiarity with Power BI and database tools (e.g. SQL)
