What will you learn:

How to source and screen IT professionals using LinkedIn and recruitment tools;

Headhunting and Direct Search techniques for identifying passive candidates

Understanding tech roles and terminology (e.g., frontend, backend, DevOps, QA);

Interview coordination and candidate communication;

Basics of recruitment processes in the tech industry;

Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
Who are we looking for:

Students or recent graduates interested in IT recruitment;

English proficiency at minimum B2 level (you’ll communicate with international candidates);

Availability for on-site work in Gdańsk;

Strong communication skills and attention to detail;

Curiosity about the IT world and eagerness to learn.
