About the Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, supervising, and continuously improving the Quality Management System within the Widemex/Irontech production facilities in Goleniów. In this key role, you ensure product compliance with international standards, coordinate audits, manage conformity documentation, and support both internal teams and international suppliers across textile, metal, and assembled consumer products.
You will work closely with the Dutch headquarters and international partners, ensuring that our products meet the highest and requested quality, safety, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, supervise, and continuously improve the ISO-oriented Quality Management System.
• Coordinate and execute internal, external, and supplier audits.
• Prepare and maintain Technical Compliance Files (TCF) and conformity documentation.
• Analyze quality deviations and lead CAPA processes.
• Coordinate laboratory testing and interpret analytical results.
• Approve materials and finished products according to normative requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers in both Europe and Asia.
• Lead improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma methodology).
• Manage and develop the QA/QC team in Goleniów, Poland.
• Prepare, analyze, and present quality KPI reports.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and correctly implemented quality procedures.
• Ensure that all quality aspects are measurable and consistently documented.
• Achieve quality-related economic targets.
• Proactively follow up on and resolve quality-related disputes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel, if needed, to headquarters in the Netherlands and to international suppliers.
Job Requirements
• Higher technical education (Engineering, Chemistry, Textile Technology, Production Management or similar).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO systems, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and risk management.
• Understanding of NF, GS, Oeko-Tex, REACH and relevant EU product norms.
• Technical insight into textiles, metal structures, foam, and assembly processes.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and a good command of Polish (mandatory).
• German or Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience in the textile industry is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Someone who works in a pragmatic, action-oriented manner.
• Someone who feels responsible for the final outcome and takes full ownership.
