As a Payroll Delivery Specialist, you will be a problem solver and the main point of contact, ensuring precise data management and supporting timely and high-quality salary payments.

Your tasks
- collecting, maintaining, and reporting personal and organizational data
- advise our employees and managers on payroll and time&attendance related matters
- support payroll activities, to ensure quality and timeliness of salary payments
- support annual cycles driven by global teams
What we expect
- university degree or status as a final-year student (full-time availability)
- ability to solve problems and communicate effectively, supported
- proficiency in English (communicative level of French is a plus)
- action-oriented approach with a good eye for detail and ability to meet challenges head on
- advanced skills in MS Excel, keep to adopt quickly to the new technologies
- professional experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or International Assignments (Global Mobility) and knowledge of SAP,SFEC or other HR system would be an asset
