• Requirements Gathering - Collecting and understanding input from diverse sources such as technical documentation, contracts, proposals, and stakeholders (customers, end users, and international business partners)
• Requirements Analysis - Ensuring that requirements are well-defined, consistent, complete, and testable
• Documentation - Preparing clear and concise specifications for customer delivery (e.g., Functional Requirements Documents) using tools like Word, Polarion X, or Jira; for product development, creating detailed specifications, feature descriptions, and user stories
• Requirements Management - Monitoring and managing changes throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaboration - Partnering with product managers, owners, developers, testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements
• Customer Support - Providing ongoing guidance to clients, encouraging product adoption, and maximizing usage

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Advanced English proficiency (C2), with strong presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams
• Outstanding organizational skills combined with great attention to detail
• Readiness to travel abroad (up to 20% of working time)
