Your tasks
- handling accounts payable,
- reviewing, coding, and posting invoices,
- conducting payment transactions,
- reconciling accounts,
- regular contact with the client and informing about the status of requests,
- providing effective, efficient and value adding services, to the rest of the organisation, directly aligned to customer needs,
- providing services in a standardised way delivered through a shared services model.
What we expect
- at least 3+ years of experience in accounting,
- experience in financial transaction processing within a shared services environment,
- a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- fluency in English and Turkish
- profitiency in invoice processing – both manually in SAP and via Open Text VIM,
- familiarity with query management, rebates, settlements, travel & expenses, vendor master data, and bank verifications is a plus,
- knowledge IT systems, including SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) ,
- strong user experience focus and committment to deliver excellent service.
