- Managing the end-to-end order processing cycle for business clients
- Handling returns and complaints in line with company procedures
- Resolving order-related issues and ensuring timely deliveries
- Working closely with internal departments
- Preparing reports and analyses related to order management
- Cooperating with the team to optimize order management processes
- Very good command of German - min. B2/C1
- Communicative English - min. B2
- Experience in customer service and/ or order management
- Accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in an international work environment
- Full-time employment based on an employment contract
- Hybrid work model (modern office located in Mokotów, Warsaw)
- Standard office hours (Monday–Friday)
