For our client, an international company from the retail-tech sector with a unique service, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager who will take the initiative in managing projects related to the development of the Odoo ERP platform (modules, automations, interfaces).
Your role will be to ensure the consistency of implemented operational and digital tools across teams in an international environment.

Your tasks
- Lead the deployment of new Odoo modules and workflows.
- Act as a Product Owner for Odoo development: collect needs, write specifications, test, validate, and coordinate releases.
- Ensure proper configuration, documentation, and training for end-users.
- Liaise with Odoo integrators and/or internal developers when needed.
- Act as a link between local teams in Poland and teams in other countries.
- Coordinate business needs from Retail, IT, Logistics, and HR departments and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions.
- Optimize current workflows, monitor system adoption, data consistency, and suggest improvements.
- Support for newly opened units, production processes, order flows and HR tools with Odoo.
What we expect
- Education in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with Odoo (functional or technical roles).
- Strong background in Python development (previous Odoo development experience preferred).
- Knowledge of key Odoo modules (Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
- Experience in implementing or managing ERP systems.
- Experience in project management, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployments, and documentation.
- Familiar with Git, Linux command line, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- English language: fluent (daily working language).
- Polish language: desirable (for coordination of local teams in Poland).
- French language: knowledge is a plus.
