Your key responsibilities:

Analyzing customer needs to determine suitable solutions that support the sales strategies

Supporting the development of revenue-producing propositions in regard to sales variable compensation, customer segmentation, and sales structure & staffing, based on research, modelling and impact analysis
-
Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision-making and organisational effectiveness.

Preparing presentations for delivery to customers and stakeholders
-
Monitoring and tracking the completion of projects, coordinating with the project team and other stakeholders as required
What you will need to succeed:
-
Fluency in English (min. C1)
-
Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel
-
Ability to interpret volumes of complex data and draw logical conclusions
-
Results-oriented and commercially aware
-
Good planning and organizational skills
-
Good conceptual thinking ability
-
Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx is a plus
