This is one of the key energy investments in the region, to be built in Gdańsk .

Your tasks
- creating and implementing the new office structure – coordinating processes of relocation, opening, and organizing new office locations
- managing daily office operations – including purchases, supplier contact, handling orders, and addressing the team’s ongoing needs
- assessing and analyzing office needs and introducing operational improvements – "connecting the dots" between teams and departments
- organizing business travel – booking flights and trains, hotels, car rentals, and route planning
- supporting visa processes, liaising with offices and public administration institutions
- collaborating with HR and finance departments on travel and purchasing settlements
- organizing internal meetings, company events, study visits, and integration initiatives
- day-to-day administrative support – document and correspondence management, organizational support for the team
What we expect
- experience in administrative, office, or assistant roles – preferably in a multitasking and cross-departmental environment
- excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work effectively under time pressure
- a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude – we’re looking for someone who tackles challenges with optimism and connects the dots across areas
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking/organization tools
- fluency in both Polish and English – spoken and written
- independence, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility in your work
