The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration and a mid-level education in Human Resources or a related field. This role involves contributing to various HR processes and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.

your tasks
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
- Assist in recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
- Prepare HR-related documentation and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
what we expect
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative HR role
- Mid-level education in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in English (at least B1 level) and advanced knowledge of Polish
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
