Your tasks
- assemble, link, and publish regulatory submission packages according to GSK and regulatory authority requirements
- advise authors on submission content preparation and use of GSK’s document management systems
- check compliance of submission documents with required standards
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory authority rules and internal publishing standards
- identify, interpret, and correct technical validation issues
- collaborate with authors and requestors to resolve submission errors
- contribute to improvements in publishing procedures to increase efficiency and quality
- cooperate with global publishing teams
What we expect
- bachelor's or master’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline
- experience in publishing electronic submissions for regulatory authorities
- previous work in regulatory operations
- fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
- proficiency with tools such as MS Office and Adobe Reader
- ability to learn and navigate new technologies quickly
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a global environment
