Your tasks
- take responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all cash-related transactions received through various channels;
- navigate and uphold rigorous internal control standards, reflecting the Treasury Department's pivotal role within the organization;
- operate in an international environment characterized by a diverse range of documents, processes, and professional interactions;
- handle various types of collections, post matched receipts in SAP, address disputed items, resolve queries and issues promptly, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to deliver immediate solutions;
- ensure precise account receivables entries in the company’s records, adhering to established policies and procedures;
- collaborate effectively with team members, internal departments, and affiliates to support seamless operations.
What we expect
- university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration;
- person with knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook);
- proficient English speaker, at least at B2 level;
- a detail-oriented, problem solver, with ability to learn quickly and analytical mind-set;
- an individual with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as with strong customer service;
- experience in Bank Accounting department or Finance and Administration will be an asset
