Your tasks
- create and document HR processes, including process mapping, work instructions, and support materials;
- analyze and enhance processes and data models to support P&C digitalization and day-to-day service delivery;
- engage with Process Owners, Employee Care teams, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize HR processes;
- conduct iterative functional testing of SuccessFactors and other tools throughout program phases and post-implementation;
- work closely with IT teams to identify, investigate, and resolve system defects throughout the program lifecycle;
- prepare release notes and support the rollout of product enhancements and bug fixes;
- help define key performance metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score, cost efficiency, time-to-market, adoption rate) to assess process effectiveness;
What we expect

- having very good communication skills and ability to interact with different P&C (HR) and IT teams;
- action oriented problem solver who understands technology;
- good level of written and oral English;
- very good Excel skills;
- nice to have – knowledge of SuccessFactors and Phenom systems
